Обоснование необходимости осуществления проектной инициативы:
На территории Боровлянского сельского исполнительного комитета проживают 207 детей-инвалидов и 854 ребенка с особенностями психофизического развития.
Несмотря на большую работу, которая проводится в Минской области в сфере развития инклюзивных процессов в обществе, в регионах продолжают существовать проблемы социализации и организации спортивно-досуговой деятельности для детей-инвалидов и детей с особенностями психофизического развития в связи с неприспособленностью культурной, досуговой и спортивной инфраструктуры.
Нередко по причине имеющихся дефектов, сниженной мобильности, дети с ограниченными возможностями здоровья не могут иметь даже небольшой круг друзей для общения, быть вовлеченными в жизнь, протекающую в социуме, взаимодействие в социальной среде для них осложнено, ограничена возможность адекватного реагирования.
Создание спортивного комплекса для детей данной категории будет способствовать их социализации.

- Задачи, планируемые к выполнению в рамках реализации проекта:

1.Создание условий для проведения занятий адаптивной физической культуры с детьми-инвалидами и детьми ОПФР на базе физкультурно-оздоровительного комплекса.
2. Повышение квалификации учителей физической культуры и здоровья, тренеров, медицинских работников, для работы детьми-инвалидами и детьми ОПФР.
3. Повышение числа целевой детской аудитории для занятий адаптивной физической культуры через строительство спортивного комплекса и приобретение дополнительного оборудования.
4. Популяризация адаптивной физической культуры среди детей-инвалидов и детей с ОПФР через информирование населения региона о ходе реализации проекта.

7. Краткое описание мероприятий в рамках проекта:
В рамках реализации задачи № 1 планируется:
1. Подготовка проектно-сметной документации по строительству спортивного комплекса и приобретению и спортивного оборудования.
2.Строительство спортивного комплекса и закупка спортивного оборудования, его доставка в физкультурно-оздоровительный комплекс, приобретение транспорта для перевозки детей –инвалидов.
3. Подготовка помещений физкультурно-оздоровительного комплекса для установки спортивного оборудования.
В рамках реализации задачи № 2 планируется:
1. Повышение квалификации учителей физической культуры и здоровья, тренеров, медицинских работников, для работы детьми-инвалидами и детьми ОПФР.
2. Организация и проведение занятий по адаптивной физической культуре с учетом индивидуальных особенностей лиц с ограниченными возможностями.
В рамках реализации задачи № 3 планируется:
1.Проведение разъяснительной работы совместно с сотрудниками центральной районной больницы для родителей детей-инвалидов и детей с ОПФР.
2.Организация и проведение мероприятий с участием детей-инвалидов и детей с ОПФР.
В рамках реализации задачи № 4 планируется:
1.Публикация статей о реализации проекта в СМИ.
2.Организация встреч с представителями общества Красного Креста, БРСМ, волонтерскими отрядами с целью популяризации проекта.
3.Размещение рекламных информационных модулей.
4.Создание условий для взаимодействия в сети Интернет детей-инвалидов и детей с ОПФР.

Justification of the need of the project initiative:
207 disabled children and 854 children with special psychophysical development live on the territory of the Borovlyany rural executive Committee.
Despite the great work that is being done in Minsk region in the development of inclusive processes in society, the regions continue to face problems with socialization and organization of sports and leisure activities for disabled children and children with special psychophysical development due to the inability of cultural, leisure and sports infrastructure.
Often, due to the existing defects, reduced mobility, children with disabilities can not even have a small circle of friends to communicate,can not be involved in life in society.Interaction in the social environment is complicated for them, the ability to respond adequately is limited. The creation of a sport complex for children of this category will contribute to their socialization.

-Popularization of adaptive physical culture among children with disabilities and children with special psychophysical development by informing the population of the region about the progress of the project.

7. Brief description of the project activities:
As part of the implementation of task 1, it is planned to:
1. Prepare design and estimate documentation for the construction of a sports complex and the purchase of sports equipment.
2. Construct a sports complex and purchase of sports equipment, its delivery to the sports and recreational complex, purchase of transport for the transportation of disabled children.
3. Prepare the premises of the sports and recreational complex for the installation of sports equipment.
As part of the implementation of task 2, it is planned:
1. Professional development of teachers of physical culture and health, coaches, medical workers, for working with disabled children and children with special psychophysical development .
2. Organization and conduct of classes in adaptive physical culture, taking into account the individual characteristics of persons with disabilities.
As part of the implementation of task 3, it is planned to:
1. Conduct explanatory work together with the staff of the central district hospital for parents of disabled children and children with special psychophysical development .
2. Organize and hold events with the participation of children with disabilities and children with special psychophysical development .
As part of the implementation of task 4, it is planned:
1. Publication of articles about the project implementation in the media.
2. Organization of meetings with representatives of the Red Cross Society, the BRSM, and volunteer groups to promote the project.
3. Placement of advertising information modules.
4. Creating conditions for interaction on the Internet of children with disabilities and children with special psychophysical development .
